About Us

JPS LLC, a consulting firm specializing in scientific interface between Japan and the US. JPS offers translation services to/from Japanese/English on pharmaceutical, chemical, medical documents (i.e. clinical study data), SOPs, batch records, technical/analytical methods, etc. JPS also offers project-by-project consulting work. We can be your interpreter, project manager, marketing research manager or whatever is required for your Japanese/American relationship. JPS can also organize, arrange and attend your business trip from/to Japan.

Who We Are

Basically, a one-person-operated consulting company by Yumi Tagawa. Yumi is a liaison who uses her experience to connect various areas of business. Her native Japanese background (born and raised in Osaka) as well as her U.S experience (20+ years as a resident) allows her to connect Japan and the world. Her cheerful and engaging personality readily break down cultural and language barriers with ease.
